Bashir Ahmad, Special Adviser to former President, Muhammadu Buhari, has come to plead with Nigerians to "wear our green white green colors with pride. Because together, we are unstoppable".

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will face the Bafana Bafana of South Africa in the 2023 CAF Africa Cup Of Nations (AFCON) on Wednesday 7 February, 2024 at Stade Bouaké at 18:00 (WAT).
Ahmad wrote: "For Nigeria, every moment is a chance to make history. Tomorrow, as the Super Eagles face South Africa in the semifinals of the #AfCON2023 let's wear our green white green colors with pride. Because together, we are unstoppable. Together, we are the Super Eagles. #LetsDoItAgain. Go Super Eagles!"
